Only what you choose to give us — and only through the forms on this site:

• Waitlist: your name and email, so we can tell you when N°00 is ready to ship.
• Sample request: name, email, phone (if you prefer a call), shipping address, age range, gender, and what you'd like to know — plus optional company and role, so we can send the right sample to the right person.
• Custom formula request:name, email, phone, your skin concerns, your current routine, and any notes you share — so we can begin a real conversation.

To send samples, to notify you when N°00 ships, and to answer custom-formula inquiries personally. That is the whole list.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count visits without following you across the rest of the internet. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party ad tracking on this site.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not rent or trade your email. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

As long as we need to serve the reason you gave it to us — to send a sample, hold a place on the waitlist, or continue a custom-formula conversation. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@sevrebeauty.com and we'll take care of it, in writing.

SEVRE is based in the United States and operates under U.S. law. We ship within the U.S. at launch. If you're visiting from elsewhere, you're welcome — just know your local privacy laws may give you additional rights we'll honor on request.
