Terms, kept simple.
These terms govern your use of sevrebeauty.com and any purchase of SEVRE products. We've written them to be read, not to hide anything.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, read, and inquire. Please don't misuse the forms — submit your own details, be honest, and don't attempt to disrupt the site or its forms.
Pre-orders
N°00 is sold as a pre-order. Your card is charged in full at checkout, at the price shown, and your bottle ships in the stated shipping window. A pre-order is a completed purchase, not a reservation.
Every pre-order includes a complimentary 4 ml sample, shipped within twenty-four hours so you can try the formula long before the full bottle leaves us. If it isn't right for you, email hello@sevrebeauty.com any time before your bottle ships and we'll cancel and refund it in full. After it ships, our 365-day guarantee applies instead.
If we can't fulfil a pre-order — a formulation change, a supply problem, a delay you don't want to wait out — we refund you in full.
Separately, leaving your name to be notified when N°00 ships is not a purchase and not a charge. It's a request for one email, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Made-to-measure
Custom formulas are formulated for one person — you — and priced individually from $540 for a 60 ml bottle, with a typical lead time of 7–14 days. Because each formula is prepared to order, the specifics (price, ingredients, timeline) are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins.
Pricing & taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is applied where required by law and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, but an order already confirmed is honored at the price you agreed to.
Shipping & returns
We ship within the United States, with up to one business day of processing and two-business-day delivery. Our return policy is generous: 365 days, and if N°00 isn't right for your skin we'll refund you or credit the purchase toward a formula made to measure. Full detail on the Shipping & Returns page.
No medical advice
SEVRE makes skincare, not medical treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and a custom formula is a cosmetic composed around your preferences — not a prescription or a diagnosis. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or react easily, patch-test and consult a physician before use.
