N°00 is offered through a waitlist. Joining the list is not a charge and not a binding order — it's a request to be notified when the current evolution is ready for you. You aren't charged until we confirm and ship your order, and you confirm at that point.

Custom formulas are formulated for one person — you — and priced individually from $360 for a 2 oz bottle, with a typical lead time of 7–14 days. Because each formula is prepared to order, the specifics (price, ingredients, timeline) are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is applied where required by law and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, but an order already confirmed is honored at the price you agreed to.

We ship within the United States, with up to one business day of processing and two-business-day delivery. Our return policy is generous: 365 days, and if N°00 isn't right for your skin we'll refund you or credit the purchase toward a formula made to measure. Full detail on the Shipping & Returns page.

SEVRE makes skincare, not medical treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and a custom formula is a cosmetic composed around your preferences — not a prescription or a diagnosis. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or react easily, patch-test and consult a physician before use.

The words, images, formulas, and names on this site belong to SEVRE. You're welcome to share links; please don't copy our content or pass it off as your own.

We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, the date below changes and the new terms take effect from then on. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're fine with it.
